Fazenda Primavera (Primavera Farm) in Brazil is making some pretty dang good coffee.
Owner Ricardo Tavares is pushing the limits of specialty coffee in Brazil. Using state-of-the-art equipment and practices, Primavera is also setting the standard for sustainability practices in the country. The only thing that's winning as much as this farm is the coffee it produces.
Their careful practices are evident in this beautiful coffee. It's rich nutty, and chocolate-y flavors carry through like any good Brazil, but it has a little bit of a sweeter side to it than most Brazils. Truly an interesting and remarkable coffee that will please coffee lovers of any kind.
Recommended brewing in an Aeropress or Kalita Wave.
