Decaf Ethiopia Sidamo
For 3 years, we have been chasing down a decaffeinated coffee that tasted just as good as our everyday coffee. We've finally found it.
"Sidamo" is a massive coffee-producing region in Ethiopia, known for its outstanding coffees. This coffee in particular was produced by smallholder farms in the region.
In the cup, we get an immense taste of butterscotch. For a decaf, this coffee is very sweet, very light, and very flavorful. Sometimes, the taste of Swiss Water Process can overwhelm the natural flavors of a coffee, but this decaf's flavors shine brightly.
When you want a great cup of coffee, but don't want the rush of caffeine, we hope you'll enjoy Decaf Ethiopia Sidamo.
Recommended brewing in a Kalita Wave or Chemex.
